Puakea would like to take a moment to thank you for all of your support and encouragement during one of the most trying times we have all faced. Together, our management team and our staff has done an amazing job of taking action on modifying our handling procedures. We have continued to apply new initiatives as we address the ongoing COVID-19 Coronavirus concerns to keep you and us safe.

We enjoy offering you a healthy mental and physical outdoor activity as well as serving you with your take-out orders from our Puakea Grill.

As part of our most current revision from our Kaua’i Mayor, Derek Kawakami, all golf courses on the island of Kauai has been asked to temporarily suspend operations beginning this Saturday, April 11, 2020. This was a difficult decision, but is part of our stay safer at home mandate. We will continue to do our part to help mitigate the spread of COVID-19.

Our Kaua’i community is a very special group of people that are able to deal with challenges and adversity and ultimately finding a way to persevere through the challenges that face us. We encourage you to find safe and healthy exercise alternatives until we are able to resume business.

We are all in this together. Thank you for caring and helping each other as we continue to move in this fluid environment. We can’t always control which way the golf ball bounces, but we can control how we respond.

Our staff extends a warm Mahalo for your loyalty and friendship.  We will be here, ready to serve you with a wonderful golf and restaurant experience, when we re-open.
