Puakea Grill Executive Chef Kristin Yanagawa was born and raised on Kaua‘i and is a renowned culinary artist with an impressive background at esteemed establishments such as Tapas at Kukui‘ula, JO2, and Verde Restaurant’s Hokulei location. Puakea Grill’s daily menu showcases a delightful selection of local cuisine with something to please every palate, from traditional favorites like loco moco and fried noodles to signature dishes like ginger fried chicken and ahi poke nachos. For events at Puakea, Chef Kristin can develop a wide range of customized menus, from laid-back to upscale, allowing you to tailor the dining experience to your event’s specific needs and theme. Starting in 2024, Puakea Grill will be able to accommodate a maximum capacity of 100 guests indoors and on the covered lanai for a semi-private setting.
